Linux + Docker. After signing up for a trial, your command already contains the license code.
Each module runs on its own and connects through the Hub: the same account, data permissions you approve, updates signed by DBenk. Modules you don't use need not be installed.
A single front door. The Hub installs modules into your Docker or Coolify, connects them, backs them up and tells you when something needs attention.

The Hub and its modules run on your infrastructure. On license renewal the Hub only sends the install id, license number, version and the number of people/servers (numbers only).
The license is checked offline. When a subscription ends there is a 14-day grace period, then modules become read-only. Data is never deleted.
The Hub only installs official releases signed by DBenk and pinned to an image digest. It cannot be silently downgraded.
Counted per active person: anyone with a Hub account or a laptop agent (1 person + 2 laptops = 1). Prices exclude VAT. Pay yearly = 2 months free.
The Hub is installed on your company's server (Linux + Docker, 2 vCPU / 4 GB to start). Data never leaves. Since you provide the server, it is the cheapest option.
For teams without IT staff: we install and maintain a dedicated Hub for you on servers in Indonesia. On-premise price + Rp15,000/person, min. Rp500,000/month.
Vita uses your company's own AI API key or account (Claude, OpenAI, etc.). AI costs are paid directly to the provider; we make no margin on them. DBenk AI credits with a monthly cap are coming.

Perpetual license (on-premise): pay once 2.5× the yearly price, including 12 months of updates — e.g. 50 people Business Rp36.250.000. After that the installed version keeps running; updates + support optional at 20% per year.

One Linux server with Docker (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM to start) or an existing Coolify. The install command sets up the Hub; modules are installed from inside the Hub.
There is a 14-day grace period. After that, teams of 1–2 people drop to Community (free); teams of 3 or more: paid modules become read-only until you subscribe (Starter from 3 people). Data and exports keep working; nothing is deleted.
Start with a small VPS (±Rp140k/month at a local provider) and the install script, or wait for the Cloud version: we install and maintain a dedicated Hub for you.
No. The license is checked on your server. Internet is only needed to fetch license renewals and updates; without internet, paste the new license manually.
You do, directly to the AI provider, through your company's own API key or account. DBenk only charges for AI worker slots. We do not resell AI subscriptions.
On renewal: install id, license number, Hub version, and the number of people, servers and Vita slots (numbers only). No user names, attendance data or module content.
Bank transfer against an invoice. Once payment is confirmed, the license is extended automatically and your Hub picks it up within a few hours.
Yes. Request it from the customer portal; we send an invoice and the license changes once paid.
Sign up with your work e-mail. The trial license is ready right away; just copy the install command.
